Chef Dawn lives and breathes food, always seeking new ingredients to whip up super simple recipes that are big on bold flavor. Being half French, she tends to treat food as a source of pleasure rather than just fuel for our bodies.
After having worked in some awesome professional kitchens for the past decade, she has launched her blog, where she makes all of the delicious things she loves to eat, and then shares them with her readers.
Now she spends her days, writing about food, developing new recipes, and occasionally photographing her culinary creations. When she gets tired of working in her home kitchen, she loves to hike in mountains, set up a camp, and cook in the wild.
Chef Dawn holds a diploma in Culinary Arts, along with various certifications in savory cooking, baking, and pastry. She loves to develop unique and exciting recipes using the most basic ingredients.
