  • 2 cups small broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
  • One 1/2-inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 skin-on salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • Cooked white rice, for serving

  1. Toss the broccoli with 1 tablespoon of the oil in a bowl until coated. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the broccoli to a 3.5-quart air fryer.
